Method 1: Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a newer and highly effective mind/body therapy that helps people of all ages overcome deep rooted beliefs, anxieties, emotional wounds, trauma, blocks/feeling stuck and fears by processing them and releasing them. It is proven to be highly effective in healing traumatic experiences and emotional wounds of all types and can also be used for self-care from daily stress and overwhelm.
This type of therapy works with the emotional, subcortical brain and body and is considered a faster method of healing than traditional talk therapy. Brainspotting helps to relieve and heal both emotional wounds and somatic body symptoms. It helps identify, process, and release negative experiences from the brain. One session of Brainspotting, is worth 72 hours of talk therapy which makes for quick, positive and long-lasting healing.
This form of therapy has been shown to be an effective treatment option for those experiencing:

Method 2: Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a healing practice that helps individuals live in the present moment, not the pain of their past or the overwhelm/anxiousness of what is to come. It helps individuals understand habitual thought patterns, automatic behaviors whether pleasant or unpleasant. Mindfulness helps individuals pay attention to what is currently happening inside, without judgement, exactly how it is.

Method 3: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-Skills
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) teaches skills in the area of mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. These skills help with living in the present moment, having healthy and fruitful relationships, learn emotional regulation skills that help with emotions that overwhelm you and learn ways to work through urges that are self-destructive.
If you are someone who feels frequently overwhelmed by emotions which lead to self-destructive behaviors and unstable relationships, then DBT skills might be right for you!
Method 4: Cognitive Behavior Therapy
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is designed to help individuals identify and change destructive or harmful thought patterns that impact their emotions and behavior.
Method 5: Christian Counseling
Christian Counseling is provided to individuals upon request. As a Christian therapist, I believe God is the most important part of someone's healing process. If Christian Counseling is requested, you can expect God's word, biblical truths, and prayer to be integrated with your mental health treatment. This approach allows for healing in the areas of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
Method 6: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is designed to help individuals who try to avoid, escape, or control painful experiences/emotions. It is helpful for those who fuses words and feelings together, placing them on their identity with "I am statements". It uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies with commitment and behavior change strategies to increase psychological flexibility.
